Stop The Bleeding! is a comedic mockumentary following a ragtag group of bleeding disorders advocates working to serve their community. Created in 2012 by actor/director and person with hemophilia Patrick James Lynch, the mission of Stop The Bleeding! is to use comedy and entertainment to raise awareness and educate about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Through the shows characters and conflicts, the show explores urgent and critical issues faced by patients, families, and clinicians. STB! is made possible by Takeda and was inspired by Patrick's late brother, Adam Lynch, who died from hemophilia-related bleeding at age 18. Click the Buzzfeed video below to learn more about Patrick’s journey to positively impact young people with bleeding disorders in his brother’s memory.

REACHING UNDER-SUPPORTED COMMUNITIES

With over 50 videos translated into Spanish, STB! also boasts the largest video library for Spanish-speakers affected by hemophilia. Our 2019 bi-lingual season is centered exclusively around the clinical and patient advocacy issues facing community members in Mexico, and how to appropriately and effectively "twin" as a US-based advocacy group. For these reasons, we continue to expect steady growth of our Spanish-language audience. In fact, we have a Latino/Hispanic Community Ambassador joining our team in 2020 to assist with that very objective.
